For a data correction, connection issue or privacy question, email [email protected]. Include the ingredient name or ID and dataset version where available. Do not send passwords, API keys or personal health details.
To report an issue with an answer, use its Report an issue link. We'll receive the exact ingredient request and result, so you don't have to copy them.
Search needs an exact name or a listed synonym. If nothing comes up, check the spelling or try the INCI name. Some ingredients have no listed properties yet, which doesn't mean they have none.
HelloGem does not evaluate personal safety, product efficacy, medical suitability or current regulatory permission. It does not create or modify ingredient records during use.
